Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

At MyCustomWear, we provide a hassle-free 4-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please allow an additional 3–4 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. For added convenience, we also offer reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 60 will be deducted from the refund for each order, regardless of the number of items in the order.

• Reverse Pick-up Details:

  • A maximum of two attempts will be made to collect the return.
  • If the courier company cannot complete the pick-up, customers must self-ship the product(s) to our address.
  • Reverse pick-up services depend on availability in your area.

• Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned products must be in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, and with original packaging).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or poor condition will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

  • Refunds will be issued as Requested within 1–2 working days from the date of the return pick-up. Store credit can be used for future purchases.

Refund Details

1. For Prepaid Orders:

   • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
   • Allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. For COD Orders:

   • Refunds will be issued as store credit equal to the amount paid.
   • COD refunds cannot be processed as bank transfers.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on future purchases.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch from our warehouse, whichever comes first.
• To cancel an order, email us at mycustomwearr@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9664663649 with your order details.

Refunds for Free Product Deals

Items purchased during promotional sales (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offers) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns

If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

Self-shipping Guidelines:

• Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Include your Order ID and registered mobile number with the package.
• Once received, we will process the refund within 48 hours:
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund amount + Rs 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be credited to your bank account.
  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit.

Note: We recommend using Speed Post for reliability. Please avoid courier services with a history of delays or issues.

Terms and Conditions

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. MyCustomWear will not be held liable for incorrect details.
• If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the package, contact us within 24 hours of the notification.
• Products should be returned in the same condition as delivered. Misuse or negligence while in possession may void the return eligibility.
• If a product is damaged or does not meet quality standards upon delivery, inform us immediately via email or WhatsApp with photos of the product.
