• Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is accurate. Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD orders are subject to verification. Failure to confirm your COD order may result in cancellation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may vary.
• Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

• Reverse pick-up services are available for most areas, with a flat fee of ₹100 per order deducted from the refund.
• If reverse pick-up isn’t available, you may self-ship the item(s) to our warehouse at the address provided below.

• All payments are processed securely using encryption technology.
